A small super fun and addictive game - for 3$ any day!
You will get your few hours of fun out of this game. Finishing ''main game'' will unlock extras to get you even more addicted to it!. No don't get mad at me, I really like GS-youtube channel and appriciate how they have made "warioware" into PC, genre that feels only to be dominated by Nintendo themselves.

The biggest problem I had when trying it was how there wasn't control tutorials before first time in certain sections. I just found myself frustrating all the time because I didn't know the controls which are important to know immeadilty in these types of games.

Anyway keep up the good work boys, not only on making great youtube-videos but also videogames!. Nice little game. Worth of its value. You will enjoy it 2 hours max and youre done. Good to have it in youre library when you need waste some time. Reccomend 7/10. Lets be honest, 10 years prior game soup would have been a flash game on the internet you play once and forget about. Its terribly short with the prerequesite endless and fast mode at the end. Its in bad, bad need of some antialiasing BUT it is fun. Is it as fun as the warioware games its inspired by? mechanically, sure. However it lacks the polish especially in the voice (there's none) and music department. Is this worth three dollars? Well if 20 minutes of gameplay seems fair to you for the price of a big chocolate bar, sure. It was made by two people and I commend their efforts. The cat-theme and reused assets give it some charm and personality however i do think it would have been more value for them to seperate their games into 2-3 themes, add a couple more to round out the numbers and create some kind of story ala warioware. Meaning you'd have 3 characters, the mixer and a hardcore or infinite version for each which would have increased the amount of content for not that much effort and would have gotten it out of "its a flash game" territory. As i said the game is not bad and i expect some cool stuff from Game Soup.inc in the future but dont expect this to be a modern warioware either.. Game Soup is fast-paced and fun! Each round tests your ability to think and act quickly. The simple directions provide just enough information to help players figure out what needs to be done to win the round. This is a fun game for beginners as well as more experienced gamers, as the rounds get to be quicker and more difficult as the game goes on. The music is catchy and the art is cute. I absolutely recommend Game Soup!. Less than 7 cents per game. A bargain at twice the price!. The Dark Souls of Microgames™

An open letter to fans of Dancing Dragon Games...:
Happy Friday everyone!

No game updates here. Just me gushing. First, I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. All the players of Echoes, Skyborn, and yes even my oldies, Deadly Sins 1 and 2.

I'm writing this as a bit of a look back or a post mortem on Echoes. Here's something I never thought I'd share publicly: Skyborn is significantly more popular than Echoes of Aetheria. Like... WAY more popular. And sometimes, that bothers me... I felt that I should have progressed as a developer and improved.

But as I've gotten older, I've learned to take a step back whenever I feel the pangs of regret, shame, whatever. To be able to see what's really important.

And what's important here?

I had a LOT of fun making it! And a few people had a lot of fun playing it!

That's what really matters. Did Echoes touch as many people as Skyborn? Not even close. But it still has the same value to me. If just ONE person is deeply moved, motivated, inspired, whisked away to a fantasy world of their own making, what have you. Then that's all that really matters.

That's why I made games after all. Because something else inspired me, whisked ME away to another world, and motivated me to tell my own story, and share my own vision for an epic adventure.

So again, thank you for playing. If even just a little bit. And if it inspired you in any way, I hope that has some positive effect on your life, as games have done for me. Getting lost in a project is one of the most rewarding things an indie developer can do.
